Healthy Vessels


Healthy Vessels is a faith-based program that promotes the goal of maximizing the health of one’s body, soul, and spirit. It is presented as a lifestyle program that will support good health throughout one’s life. The guidelines discussed in the program are based upon Biblical principles, healthy eating, and a sound exercise program.

It is impossible to do what you need to do to maximize your health until you know the implication of your health habits. The Healthy Vessels program provides the foundational information that one needs in order to live a healthy life.

Organizations and churches that implement the Healthy Vessels program participate in an initial 12-week class that meets one day per week for two hours. The purpose of the program is to teach people the basics of living a healthy life.

  • Two-thirds of all Americans are either overweight or obese.  Some studies predict that 86 percent of all Americans will either be overweight or obese within the next ten years.  Obesity is a preventable problem.
